This is a unique opportunity to gather with other women to create, express yourself and share about significant events going on in your life (positive ones and maybe more challenging ones). We often need a place to vent out frustrations, run ideas or situations with others, or feel a need for some compassion and comfort at a difficult time. Or maybe you are one who is great at supporting others or you just want to explore some creativity and have some fun with yourself! Come join me for this exciting group. Let me be very clear,
YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ARTISTIC AT ALL TO PARTICIPATE!!
Just be open-minded to discover a new adventure and journey in your life. This group will meet weekly and might change the day and time, depending on the interest and availability. I am a certified and licensed Therapist/Art Therapist that will facilitate a lot of positive and inspirational experiences that will aim to broaden your life, enlighten you and help you to grow overall. There is no pressure with participating week after week but I do encourage consistency, as any group dynamic can be more powerful with continued participation and leads to more comfort with sharing.
Feel free to spread the word and let me know your thoughts, availability and interest.
Please spread the word and I look forward to creating community, connection, spirit and support with you.
